- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Beautiful but relatively big than I thought
This fish piercing is such an eye-catcher and extremely well-made. The eyes are diamonds/stones, and overall, this is an excellent piercing. It is longer than expected, so you should plan for that if you want to wear this piercing in a specific spot, as it might not fit perfectly otherwise. That was the case for me, but now I simply wear it in my third ear hole and it fits very well. Additionally, the piercing can be easily inserted and screwed in!
